2 Hype Kreations gladly accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged items

To return a defective or damaged product contact us via email (info@2hypekreations.com) within five days of delivery.  All damaged and or defective items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. The only exclusion is for our glassware line (decanters and cigar glasses)

Since every item is made to order, we don’t accept cancellations after 12 hours of placing the order. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
