Shipping & Delivery

Production Time

Because the majority of our pieces are custom, personalized, or made to order, every order includes a production window before it ships. Typical production takes 7 to 10 business days after your design or proof is approved. Shipping transit time is added on top of production time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.99. Your exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Chapter & Bulk Orders

Large chapter and bulk orders are handled individually and may require extended production time and ship in multiple packages. Learn more on our Chapter / Bulk Orders page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at service@2hypekreations.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. For items that arrive defective or incorrect, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Returns & Refunds

At 2HypeKreations, the vast majority of what we create is custom, personalized, and made to order. Because these pieces are produced specifically for you, most orders are not eligible for return or refund. Please reach out to us at service@2hypekreations.com before purchasing if you have any questions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes any item that is screen printed, embroidered, heat-transferred, engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized. Because these pieces cannot be resold, we are unable to accept them back except where the item arrives defective or was made incorrectly on our end.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the error was on our end, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before production begins. Once a custom item enters production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Non-Custom Items

For any standard, non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 2HypeKreations website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering & Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept and begin processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct errors even after an order has been submitted.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, designs, spelling, names, dates, and artwork before production. Once you approve a proof and production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, and custom items are non-refundable except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through PayPal, which accepts PayPal accounts as well as credit and debit cards, and must be completed before production begins.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All site content created by 2HypeKreations is our property or used under license and may not be reproduced without permission. Where products feature the marks of Greek organizations, those designs are produced under applicable approved organizational licenses. By submitting your own artwork, you represent that you own or have the rights to use it.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these Terms.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided as is except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2HypeKreations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
